EDITING

The Kuleshov- Is a concept where whatever you put after a cut helps to tell about the character as a person by their reaction to what they can see. Helps gives audience a better understanding on the characters.



MONTAGE

A technique in film editing in which a series of short shots are edited into a sequence to condense space, time, and information.


GRAPHIC MATCHING

The creation of strong visual similarity between shots, encouraging audiences to make connections between them.

  1. Make sure you include descriptions of each of the shots as well, possibly with images to back them up - so, for example, what is chiaroscuro? What type of film is it used in? (search up film noir)
